Tap: Customers start by swiping a credit card or employee badge, which unlocks the kiosk and displays a tablet menu with product prices and nutritional information.

Grab: They then choose from a variety of products on open shelves, allowing for quick selection of multiple items.

Go: When the door closes, Byte Technology automatically identifies and charges for the items taken, offering a fast, checkout-free experience.

Absolutely! Every Byte kiosk has open shelving with slidable shelf dividers. This means you can stock almost any product, whether you’re producing it yourself or purchasing it wholesale.

Yes! We want your brand and product to shine. All the stickers on the kiosk’s front, sides, and inside shelving are customizable – just ask, and we can share the sticker specifications.

Each Byte kiosk employs RFID technology to meticulously track inventory. Each product is tagged with a unique Byte-provided sticker, which is detected by shelf sensors. These sensors diligently monitor the inventory, recording what items are present, purchased, and restocked. They also track the duration each item spends on the shelf, ensuring precise inventory management.

While most issues can be resolved with a remote or physical reboot, there can be occasions where a kiosk may need maintenance of the physical parts. All Byte kiosks come with a one-year parts and service warranty. Byte´s support team will work with you to resolve any issues and send a technician when needed. If a kiosk is out of warranty, the Byte support team will outline any costs associated with the maintenance beforehand.

Of course! The beauty of Byte kiosks is that they allow you to sell anything, anywhere. From toiletries to chocolate, cold-pressed juices to breast pump supplies, we´ve seen it all. Simply select the cabinet type that suits your products – ambient, cooler, or frozen. Set up the products you wish to sell using Byte Dashboard, order the appropriate tags, place the tagged items in the kiosk, and voila! You are now up and running!
